 | The kingdom of Aeros is nestled in the middle of the Desert of Lost Winds and Sand. A large castle dominates its center, with a market surrounding that outside the fortifications, then residential area beyond that, then the labor area beyond that, each forming a ring. The people who live in this kingdom are protected from the raging winds, harsh arid sand, and sweltering heat by the Mage Hub, the very lifeblood that resides in the castle. All the mage provide a portion of their power, and in return, the castle emits it, creating a clear barrier around the kingdom.Out in the sands lie a few scattered tribes, many powerful monsters, ruins, treasures, and foolhardy heroes and adventure seekers travel here to try their luck in the unforgiving sands, their chance for fame and fortune residing somewhere in the deadly conditions.The Kingdom of Aeros is ruled by King Naha'rak, the human who created the great city. After defeating the Sandlord bandits, he took their base and turned it into a great and mighty castle, and soon people started to flock to the new city, Dune. It has since become a safe port for the weary adventurer.
